Faelan Shiva is an initiated Druid, Priestess, Healer and Seer.  She has communicated with the unseen world and experienced prophetic dreams since she was a toddler, and has spent over 20 years training and immersed in advanced spiritual teachings, meditation and natural health modalities.  She is a member of the Order of Bards, Ovates and Druids,  a certified Evolutionary Astrologer in the Steven Forrest Method, and  an Ordained Minister with the Universal Life Church. 

At the age of 24, a near death experience catapulted her search for truth, and so began her commitment to her spiritual quest.   She found shelter and depth of training while living in a Vajrayana Buddhist Ashram for 6 years, where she became a certified Hatha Yoga Teacher and Meditation Instructor.  She was fortunate to apprentice under a masterful Ayurvedic Practitioner for 13 years, while continuing her education in yoga, meditation and the subtle body sciences. The "foster family" of the Buddhist teachings and pantheon were a sanctuary of healing for her, but eventually the call of her Celtic ancestors pulled her toward her next stage of study, training, and her return to her spiritual home. 

In 2015 she committed to purposefully developing her Priestessing and Seership work, both of which were inherent gifts that she continues to hone through hard work and dedication.  She is passionate about weaving human consciousness back into the landscape of Nature, to heal the illusory wound of separation. 

Faelan was born on the West Coast of the US and currently lives in Reno, NV. She teaches classes in esoteric subjects and sacred movement, offers Tarot and Astrology readings, and private spiritual counseling. She is the author of the Sun Sign Horoscopes for the Santa Cruz Mountain Bulletin (where she lived for many years). Faelan is well known for her work as a performance artist and dance instructor, and believes that our human bodies should be included in our spiritual development.
